REFUND & POLICY

The impact of Coronavirus has been unlike anything our live event industry and the global community have ever experienced. Healthy Fairs understands that our Exhibitors and Sponsors are disappointed in the lost opportunity to connect with community residents and grow their businesses. Healthy Fairs is contracted with the communities we host events within.  We begin advertising 3 months prior to each event.  If there is a date change due to the impact of covid, we guarantee to provide a new date to the Sponsor/Exhibitor.   

Communities have been assisting our Health Fairs and our Exhibitors and Sponsors

 with additional advertisement and marketing for any delay or rescheduled event.  

 If your organization chooses not to attend the event that you registered for, 

and is still taking place,  you may pick a future date that will be provided.  

This policy applies to registration that is recieved from 

mannual registration forms, electronic registration 

and/or  phone in registration.  Healthy Fairs will not be providing refunds at this time.
