REFUND & POLICY

Healthy Fairs is contracted with the communities we host events within.  We begin advertising 3 months prior to each event.  If there is a date change due to the unforeseen events, we guarantee to provide a new date to the Sponsor/Exhibitor.   

Communities have been assisting our Health Fairs and our Exhibitors and Sponsors

 with additional advertisement and marketing for any delay or rescheduled event.  

 If your organization chooses not to attend the event that you registered for, 

and it is still taking place,  you may pick a future date that will be provided.  

This policy applies to registrations that are received from 

manual registration forms, electronic registration online 

and/or  phone in registration.  Healthy Fairs will provide credit but will not be providing refunds at this time.
